We have a large amount of food we need to collect in order to provide the thousands of meals we will prepare for those in need throughout the Greater Salt Lake Region. You and I have so much to be thankful for. Most of us can eat three meals a day, have a job that pays all the bills – and we sleep in a warm bed at night. The men, women, children, and families who know what it’s like to be devastated by homelessness and poverty don’t have that kind of certainty. 

That’s why an Easter season meal or food box from Salt Lake City Mission means so much – and it is more than just a meal to someone who is hungry or homeless. It is really just the beginning. It gives us a chance to shine the light of God’s love while providing ongoing vital services that offers real hope for a new life and positive changes.
