Have you ever been so hungry you became very weak? That is what nearly every homeless person feels daily! Sometimes people who come in our doors can hardly hold their head up – like Jack.
He had gotten laid off and started getting depressed. One thing after another happened until he lost companionship and friends, his apartment and worst of all, any hope of fixing any of these problems – or even himself.
A hot meal did wonders and he decided to join our program. We had to gently confront him with the truth he needed to change some issues in his life. It was hard, and took some time, but when he finally gave in and gave up – suddenly things shifted.

We are hosting a free, holiday meal “get together” at the Mission on Easter Sunday for everybody who wants to come! And, as we also invite the hungry and homeless and those who have nowhere else to go.
You are the one we depend on to help us serve hot delicious meals to anyone who is hungry right here in Utah!
Because we have so much food donated, we can put an excellent, hot meal in the hands of a hungry person for only $1.98! But without a $1.98 gift we can’t do it!
A gift of $$23.76 will give 12 hot, nutritious, mouthwatering meals! $51.48 will serve 26 hungry people! Larger gifts do even more. . . $500 will serve over 250!
