We know raising children is hard work but when you live below the poverty level it is also one of complete uncertainty. Frightening challenges can happen in any given day. Finding enough to just afford the basic needs makes each day a real struggle for the destitute mother. There is no doubt that the responsibility of being a mother when weighted with the burdens of paying all the bills, and putting food on the table, has its daily challenges that take away any possibility of joy and hope

Help us make the month of May and Mother’s Day a very special one! We are preparing special events and a Mother’s Day celebration meal. Everyone in need will be invited as we spread the word about our outreach gatherings. For everyone who comes to our special event and to the Mission on Mother’s Day, it will become a time of encouragement and hope, and an opportunity to receive some additional help as we give out clothing, hygiene products, and other life necessities.

We will also embrace each one with the love of God and a listening ear to determine how we can be of further assistance. We want all Moms in need to feel that the weight of their burdens can be lifted. And that we aim to do just that because we care enough to stand with each one in genuine concern.

And you can be assured we will be sharing the message of hope realized at our special Mother’s Day Sunday service. We know firsthand that a life placed in the tender hands of our God will experience a life full of promises fulfilled.
