| The Mission provides food, shelter, clothing,
crisis intervention and counseling, job counseling and
placement, telephone access and message services, educational counseling and assistance, but most of all, the gospel of Jesus Christ. |

| Established in 1993 as a Church/Gospel Rescue Mission by Rev. Wayne Wilson and Fred Roennbeck, the Salt Lake City Mission was set up to help the homeless and poor become independent, productive members of society through a life centered in Jesus Christ. |
