Before Christ came into my life, I knew only about heartache, anger, and loss. It was me and them {the world}, and I was going to get them first. I trusted no one, especially God. I blamed Him for most of the bad things in my life.It wasn't God's fault, but I needed someone to blame besides myself.

I created a lot of the drama in my life, and what I didn't create would be waiting for me in the world to discourage me. When I came to christ, I realized that there is nothing for me in this world that can't be taken away, just as quickly as it is given.

When God gives you something {like salvation}, you keep it forever. He doesn't take back His promises like the world tends to do. I have peace now because God gave it to me, through His Son Jesus. Because of this new life, He gave me, I have my family in my life again.

I believe I would never see them again, but God, again showed me His amazing Grace. Because of God's love for me I have a life with Him that I am happy to be in. I wasn't happy before because I wouldn't let Christ in. I wouldn't let anyone in. It doesn't matter how bad you think you are, or how many bad things you think you have done, Christ died for us all and through Him we are saved. Only the kingdom waits for us now, and that means, amazing, eternal treasures. Accept Christ as your Savior and experience a peace you have never experienced before. Accept Him and experience a love you can not describe.

I close with 1 Timothy 1:12-17: "And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen."
